Including the cover, 11 folded pages. With two unique labels for the distributor/banjo manufacturer Essex & Cammeyer for the UK market and an advertisement for a banjo accompaniment to the song arranged by Mr. Clifford Essex.
Condition: The first two folded pages have very minor dog-ears. Otherwise, the edition is in very good condition.
